Report of Monitoring Remuneration of the Election Administration 2016-2019
For financial monitoring of the Election Administration, ISFED examined the rule of remunerating members and managers of the Central Election Commission of Georgia, members of District Election Commissions, regular and freelance employees of district election commissions (official salary, supplementary pay and bonus/monetary reward) and the existing practices. The purpose of the report is to analyze positive changes that have been made in the Election Administration with respect to the rule of providing remuneration and challenges faced by the administration in this area.
The research has been prepared based on the analysis of public information requested from the Central Election Commission and the legal framework.
