In the frames on
ENEMO elections observation mission nine observers from the “International
Society for Fair Elections and Democracy” monitored elections on 135 polling
stations in the districts of Khmelnytskyi and Vinnitsya districts.
ENEMO is a
European network of 21 election monitoring organizations from 17 countries.ENEMO’s international
observation missions evaluate the electoral process using international
standards to ensure democratic and fair elections.
