ISFED held a discussion on powers of the President and the Prime Minister in Batumi

On October 15, at the Civic Engagement Center in Batumi, ISFED organized a discussion meeting on the constitutional powers of the President and the Prime Minister, as well as constitutional power of the Adjara Supreme Council to dismiss the government and the chairperson of the government of Adjara. 

Speakers at the discussion included Director of ISFED, associated professor, constitutionalist Malkhaz Nakashidze and lawyer of Georgian Young Lawyers Association Giorgi Khimshiashvili. 

Non-governmental organizations, election administration, students and media organizations were invited to attend in the discussion meeting.
