ISFED observation mission on second round of Local Elections- July 12, 2014
On July 12, 2014 for the second round of Local Elections ISFED will implement the monitoring in all 28 districts of Georgia using the Parallel Vote Tabulation (PVT) methodology. ISFED will deploy around 740 static observers to the precinct election commissions, 21 DEC observers to the district election commissions and 32 Mobile groups, specifically:
· 350 static observers will be deployed to a representative sample of Tbilisi city;
· In 4 local-self governing cities (Rustavi, Mtskheta, Gori, Ozurgeti) and 7 local communities (Khoni, Bagdati, Tkibuli, Terjola, Lanchkhuti, Khulo, Akhmeta) ISFED will cover all (390) polling stations;
· In the remaining 7 electoral districs (Batumi, Poti, Kobuleti, Telavi, Kvareli, Martvili, Tianeti) ISFED will conduct only mobile observation.
